GOD345 is operated by Government of Curacao, a company formed under the laws of the Thailand, company registration number operates under the Master License of Gaming Service Provider NV #365/JAZ.

1. General

These terms and conditions govern the contract between the player (“User”) and GOD345 (“GOD345”).
By visiting or using any part of GOD345 on TV, PC, or mobile, including downloadable apps (the “Website”), or by registering an account, the User agrees to be bound by: (i) account registration procedures; (ii) all gaming transactions; (iii) our Privacy Policy; and (iv) the rules of each game (together, the “Terms & Conditions”).
Read these Terms & Conditions in full before clicking AGREE. If you do not accept any provision, do not use the Website.
These Terms & Conditions take effect when you click AGREE, confirming you have read, understood, and accepted them.
GOD345 may edit or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify Users of changes. If you do not accept a change, stop using the services and close your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the update.
If game-specific terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific terms prevail for that game.
Amendments take effect once posted on the Website. It is the User’s responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions and relevant game rules regularly. For material changes, GOD345 will provide prior notice and a summary of the changes.
Rules for games, account maintenance, privacy, and other key information are provided on the Website and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
These Terms & Conditions are published in English. Translations may be provided for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version prevails.

2. User Member Account

Registration

You must be at least 21 years old to open a real-money account (“Member Account”).
You are responsible for confirming that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. Website availability does not constitute an offer where gaming is prohibited by law. GOD345 accepts no liability for unlawful play.
We may appoint payment solution providers to receive and/or pay funds on its behalf.
Only one Member Account per User is permitted. Multiple accounts may be blocked or closed.
If you discover you have more than one account, notify us immediately.
Account opening is requested by submitting the online registration form. We may refuse any application.
All registration information must be accurate and complete, including identity, address, contact details (valid email), residence, and payment details. You are responsible for keeping data current.
You choose a username and password. Keep these confidential. You are responsible for any misuse caused by the disclosure of your credentials.
You may not transfer funds to or receive funds from other Users.
You are the sole owner of your account. Selling, transferring, or leasing the account is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent ban.

Deposits

You may participate in games only if you have sufficient funds. We does not extend credit.
Available deposit methods are listed on the Payment Methods page and may vary by country.
Some deposit channels may charge fees.
We may perform additional identity checks for deposits.
We does not grant credit for service use.
Account balances do not earn interest.

Account Administration

GOD345 tracks your Reserved Amount (funds committed to bets) and Available to Bet balance.
Your Available to Bet balance sets your betting limit.
GOD345’s calculations of balances and exposure are final in the absence of manifest error.
Once a bet is placed, it is binding and cannot be canceled. Staked funds are held until settlement.

Payouts

When results are confirmed and markets settled, winnings are credited to your Member Account and may be requested for withdrawal.
If funds are mistakenly credited, they remain GOD345’s property and will be reversed. If withdrawn before discovery, the amount becomes a debt owed to GOD345. Notify us immediately if you suspect an incorrect credit.

Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of any amount up to your Available to Bet balance via the Website.
Withdrawal requests are accepted only through the Website (not phone or email).
Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the method and can change over time. Your bank may also charge handling fees.
GOD345 may process withdrawals using the same method used for deposits.
We may decline withdrawals if deposit and withdrawal amounts do not reasonably match betting activity. To withdraw, you may be required to wager deposits at a minimum 1.2 odds (or casino equivalent), subject to anti-fraud checks. Opposite-side betting or suspicious activity may result in account/fund locks.
GOD345 may request identification documents for any withdrawal.
Before withdrawal, play may be reviewed for irregular patterns (e.g., hedge/zero-margin bets). If detected, GOD345 may withhold withdrawals and/or confiscate deposits, winnings, and bonuses. Winnings from free bets without a successful deposit may require a qualifying deposit and wagering before withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw deposited amounts without meeting any applicable deposit/bonus turnover requirements. GOD345 may refuse or void a bonus in cases of abuse.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7, subject to risk review. A daily cap of ฿500,000 per account holder may apply. Third-party processing errors may extend completion to 3–10 banking days.
You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal details. GOD345 is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information.

Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time. GOD345 will return your Available to Bet balance minus applicable withdrawal fees and any unsettled obligations.
The repayment method is at GOD345’s discretion.
GOD345 may close an account and refund the Available to Bet balance at its discretion without obligation to state a reason.
If you do not log in for one (1) year, balances may be removed after notice to your registered email.
Unused bonuses may be removed after 1 month.
If bonus funds are used on excluded games, GOD345 may refuse withdrawals and remove bonuses/winnings.
GOD345 may limit maximum bets or apply account restrictions without notice.
Anti-Fraud Policy: GOD345 may turn off game categories, block accounts up to 365 days, forfeit balances, and/or report to authorities for fraud, including opposite betting, match-fixing, arbitrage, payment/voucher fraud, bonus/commission abuse, money laundering, bot use, collusion, or other manipulations. Partial or permanent bans may apply across the casino and sportsbook.

User Obligations

You are 21+ (or the higher legal age in your jurisdiction) and not otherwise prohibited by local law.
You will use the Website for genuine personal, recreational participation only—not for professional or financial operations.
You participate on your own behalf.
Your information is accurate, complete, and current. Notify GOD345 of changes promptly.
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on winnings.
You understand you may lose money when playing.
You will not engage in fraud, collusion, fixing, or unlawful activity; nor use AI/bots/software to gain advantage. GOD345 may close accounts and void play for such behavior.
Deposits/withdrawals must use GOD345-approved methods.
IP laws protect the Website, apps, and portals. Use them only for personal, lawful purposes.
Be courteous in chats and interactions; avoid rude or obscene content.
GOD345 may withhold withdrawals and void winnings/bonuses in cases of downtime errors, RNG faults, or irregular patterns caused by manipulation or provider issues.
If match integrity is in doubt (e.g., suspected fixing), GOD345 may suspend payments, cancel bets, and report to authorities.

Inactive & Dormant Accounts

GOD345 does not currently terminate dormant accounts for inactivity, but may change this policy.
Bets may be void if material listing or pricing errors occur (e.g., wrong team names, odds, totals, handicaps).

Limitation of Liability

You access the Website and games at your own risk. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
GOD345, its directors, employees, partners, and providers are not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from Website use or game participation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOD345 and its related parties from costs, losses, damages, claims, and liabilities arising from your use of the Website or games.

Breaches, Penalties, and Termination

If you breach these Terms & Conditions (or GOD345 reasonably suspects a breach), GOD345 may suspend/close your account, withhold funds (including deposits), and apply funds to damages.
It is the final decision-maker on whether a rule or term was violated and may suspend or permanently bar access.
If funds are forfeited due to a breach, they will be handled in accordance with licensed rules (e.g., inclusion in GGR where applicable).

Intellectual Property

GOD345 and the GOD345 logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use may be prosecuted.
https://god345thailand.com/ are GOD345 URLs. Please do not use them on other sites or platforms without written consent.
GOD345 owns or is licensed to use the technology, software, and systems on the Website.
Website content and structure are protected by copyright and database rights. Registration and use do not grant IP rights.
Do not link to the Website or its pages without prior written consent.
Do not use automated/manual devices to monitor the GOD345 web pages. Unauthorized use may be prosecuted.

Severability

If any provision is illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in force.

Entire Agreement & Admissibility

9.1 These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and GOD345 regarding the Website and supersede prior communications (save in cases of fraud).
9.2 Printed versions of this agreement and notices given electronically are admissible in proceedings to the same extent as other business records.
